Orders are packed and dispatched from Lahore, Pakistan.

Processing and delivery

• We confirm your order by phone, WhatsApp or email before dispatch.
• Delivery charges and the estimated delivery time for your address are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.
• Delivery times can vary with your city and the courier, especially around public holidays and sale periods.

Tracking

When your parcel is handed to the courier we share the tracking details with you where the courier provides them.

Wrong address or missed delivery

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If a courier cannot reach you, contact us and we will help rearrange delivery.
